Have you ever thought of a dome as a huge, living musical instrument? The Sound Dome of the House of Music Hungary is exactly that: a futuristic space where sounds emerging from behind the walls and the 360-degree projection blur the boundaries between reality and music.
On May 22, within the framework of the Intermezzo Festival, progressive sound and visual art will meet in this special, boundary-pushing space. Throughout the evening, the dome will be brought to life by the collaboration of Tibor Klöpfler-Topor and MöB (Örs Molnár-Barabás). Tibor’s name is a guarantee of a distinctive sound: in his sets, the depths of breakbeat and dub meet the grit of acid, creating a dense, organic musical foundation. MöB, who may already be familiar to many as a DJ, draws inspiration as a visual designer from the world of Romanian audiovisual installations. His work reveals his passion for spatial abstraction and its formal possibilities.
