Hangadó Junior - How the Instruments Talk?
It often happens that people gather to discuss something. At such times, it often happens that someone becomes a spokesperson. Moreover, many agree and enthusiastically support them. However, it is natural that there are those who do not agree, and therefore also wish to speak up to reply, and of course, many agree with them too. Ideally, they converse until harmony is achieved, resulting in the outcome of the discussion. (As it should be in a parliament, for example.) Well, something very similar happens when a big band starts to play music. (Unlike the parliament, it is a joy to listen to! :D) And it is no secret that the goal and the foundation of this is harmony, which allows each instrument to express its own voice. Sometimes together, sometimes solo, but always in a way that everyone supports the soloist to best represent their part. This is the wonder of the big band jazz genre! Moreover, it is exciting that at this completely new, previously never-before-presented event in the Hangadó Junior series, you will have the opportunity to experience this, thanks to the Subotica Big Band! And to Feri Tarr, the concert pedagogue at the House of Music, whose lead ensures that the well-known segments, such as music analysis exercises or funny music history, are not missed. This event promises to be a worthy continuation of the Hangadó Junior series, which has been running with a full house since 2023! So prepare your ears, diaphragm, and parents, and we will meet there!
